Twin Cities Race Summary and Results June 15, 2013 – A night full of repeat winners!
Steve Barnett #89 Late Model makes it to winners row again Saturday at Twin Cities Raceway Park. #99 Bill Sheets didn’t make it an easy one on Barnett, and had to settle for second on this night. #19 Marty O’Neal also made it a challenging one for the front runners, who came in 3rd, with #11 Tory Collins and #14 Chris Streeval rounding out the top five.
Another repeat winner this year, #43c Clayton Perry is on fire this year, landing him another feature trophy as well over #14G Steve Godsey, #22 Matt Boknecht, #57 Eric Varner, and #14 Trent Green in the modified division.
Aaron Fields has come quite a long in the #25 Superstock, racing his way into another feature win over #5c Tyler Cain, #92 Josh Phelps, #X William Burton JR, and #1 Tim Clark.
Mark Bruce keeps racking up the trophies and wins in the #11 Purestock with another win. #43 Mickey Hines, #X Jared Burton, #14S Brian Sims, and #11c Troy Clark rounded out the top five in the purestock division.
Local Cody Perry in the #38 hornet took the checkers over #20 Jacob Owens, #57 Justin Patterson, #10R Ryan Hehman, and #75 Jeff Patterson.
Join us next week Saturday, June 22, as we host the Don Russ Memorial! A Don Russ Memorial Car Show will kick off the race day festitivies, Saturday June 22 10am-1pm @ Phat Guys Sports Bar and Grill.
